I'm a fan of the edible Jersey print magazine and enjoy reading it cover to cover each season. I especially take time to note the "edible Jersey Kids" page. Recently they have been soliciting ideas from readers for this kids page, and earlier this year I proposed some topics to the editor. They were hooked on the "Food is Too Good to Waste" tips I included in the Home Eco-Guide and one of their writers and illustrators transformed it into a great and colorful page for kids. Thank you, edible Jersey, for the credit and promoting this valuable life-lesson.
